Re : Clarification of the Company's news in a newspaper

Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited would like to clarify on the Company's news in a newspaper from the interview with a top management of the Company regarding total revenues of the Company for the year 2009 an amount of Baht 19,000 million, as follows:

The aforementioned amount is the estimated revenues from the Company and subsidiaries.

However, the amount is un-audited by the auditor of the company.
