Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited would like to report the usage of proceeds from the capital increases until 31 December 2009, as follows:

As per the capital increases from the warrants that offered to directors, employees and advisors of the Company and/or its subsidiary which was exercised to buy common shares of par value Baht 1.00 each) on the following issuance (PS-WA) no.

1) # 7, on 31 July 2009 there were 5,086,500 warrants and shares. The total proceeds amounted to Baht 5,086,500

2) # 8, on 30 November 2009 there were 5,161,400 warrants and shares. The total proceeds amounted to Baht 5,161,400

All of Bt. 10,247,900 were used in Company's working capital.
