Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited (PS) would like to report on the exercise of warrants which offered to its directors, employees and advisors of the Company and/or the Subsidiary (PS-WA) no. 8, on 30 November 2009 as follows:

 

1. Warrant holders application	559 Persons
2. Number of warrants exercised	5,161,400 Units
3. Ordinary shares through exercising right	5,161,400 Shares
4. Number of warrants un-exercised	17,342,900 Units
5. Outstanding ordinary Shares reserved to exercise of warrants	17,941,400 Shares

 

With reference to the capital increase through exercises of warrants amounted Baht 5,161,400 the Company has carried out the registration of certain increase in paid-up capital with the Ministry of Commerce on 4 December 2009. The Company paid-up capital has, therefore, become Baht 2,206,812,000 Please be informed accordingly.
