Subject: Change of registered capital and the English name of the Company

Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

The Shareholders' 2010 Annual General Meeting of Prueksa Real Estate Pcl. held on April 27, 2010 at Ballroom 3, Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok, 89, Soi Wat suan Plu, Charoen Krung 42/1, Bang Rak Sub-District, Bang Rak District, Bangkok 10500, had a resolution to change the registered capital of the Company as follows:

1. To approve the decrease of registered capital of the Company from Baht 2,224,753,400 (Two Thousand, Two Hundred, Twenty Four million, Seven Hundred, Fifty Three Thousand, and Four Hundred Baht) to Baht 2,206,812,000 (Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Six Million, Eight Hundred, Twelve Thousand Baht) by cutting the issued ordinary shares for warrant exercising to ordinary shares of the Company of 17, 941,400 shares at the par value of Baht 1 (one Baht) per share)
   
   
2. To approve the increase of registered capital by Baht 22,000,000 (Twenty Two Million Baht) from the existing registered capital of Baht 2,206,812,000 (Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Six million, Eight Hundred, Twelve Thousand Baht) to Baht 2,228,812,000 (Two Thousand, Two Hundred and Twenty Eight Million, Eight Hundred, Twelve Thousand Baht) by issuing the capital increase ordinary shares of 22,000,000 shares (Twenty Two Thousand Million shares) at the par value of Baht 1 (one Baht) per share.
   
   
3. To approve the amendment of the Company's English name from "PREUKSA REAL ESTATE PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED" to "PRUKSA REAL ESTATE PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED" with the deletion of the "E" letter from the spelling of the Company's name.

The Company has already registered the change of the registered capital of the Company and the amendment of the Company's English name in accordance with the above resolution of the Shareholders' Annual General Meeting No. 1-3 to the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on May 3 and 6, 2010, respectively.
