Re: Invitation for Shareholders to Propose in Advance Agendas for the 2010 Annual General Meeting and Candidates in the Election of the Company's Directors at the Meeting

Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited is pleased to announce that, in accordance with the principles of Good Corporate Governance regarding the protection of shareholders' rights, the Company is inviting its shareholders to propose agendas for the 2010 Annual General Meeting, questions and nominate persons whom they deem qualified, knowledgeable and competent, as candidates in the election of theCompany's directors at the Meeting under the Company's criteria published in its website:http://www.ps.co.th , click "investor relations" , which can be made in advance, from now until January 31,2010.
