Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited (PS) would like to report on the exercise of warrants which offered to its directors, employees and advisors of the Company and/or the Subsidiary (PS- WA) no. 7, on 31 July 2009 as follows:

With reference to the capital increase through exercises of warrants amounted Baht 5,086,500 the Company has carried out the registration of certain increase in paid-up capital with the Ministry of Commerce on 7 August 2009. The Company's paid-up capital has, therefore, become Baht 2,201,650,600.
