Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited would like to report the usage of proceeds from the capital increases until 30 June 2009, as follows:

As per the capital increases through the sixth exercise of warrants that offered to directors, employees and advisors of the Company and/or its subsidiary (PS-WA) on 31 January 2009, there were 5,169,900 warrants exercised to buy common shares of par value Baht 1.00 each. The total proceeds amounted to Baht 5,169,900, and they were all used in Company's working capital.
