With reference to the 2009 Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited (PS) on Thursday April 9, 2009 at 10.00 hours at the Pimarnman, Floor 2, Four Season Hotel, Rajdamri Rd. , Bangkok 10330 as PS informed SET in its previous letter.

In distribution of information to assist shareholders to consider the agendas, the Company has made available on its website http://www.ps.co.th by clicking at "Investor Relations". There is the text of the letter of invitation to the 2009 Annual General Meeting of shareholders together with all attachments. Posting is from March 17, 2009 onward.
