Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited (PS) would like to report on the exercise of warrants which offered to its directors, employees and advisors of the Company and/or the Subsidiary (PS-WA) no. 6, on 30 January 2009 as follows:

With reference to the capital increase through exercises of warrants amounted Baht 5,169,900 the Company has carried out the registration of certain increase in paid-up capital with the Ministry of Commerce on 5 February 2009. The Company paid-up capital has, therefore, become Baht 2,196,564,100 (two thousand one hundred ninety six million five hundred sixty four thousand and one hundred Baht).
