Re: Clarification of the Company's news in a newspaper

Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited would like to clarify on the Company's news in a newspaper from the interview with a top management of the Company regarding total revenues of the Company for the year 2008 an amount of Baht 12,969 million, as follows:

The aforementioned amount is only revenues from the Company's real estate sales of the year 2008 and not yet including others revenue, so it is not the total revenues of the Company. However, the amount is un-audited by the auditor of the Company.
