Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited would like to report the usage of proceeds from the capital increases until 31 December 2008, as follows:

As per the capital increases through the 5 (five) exercises of warrants that offered to directors, employees and advisors of the Company and/or its subsidiary (PS-WA) on 30 June 2006, 29 December 2006, 31 July 2007, 31 January 2008, and 31 July 2008 to buy 31,640,800 common shares of par value Baht 1.00 each. The total proceeds amounted to Baht 31,640,800, and they were allocated as the Company's working capital.
