Re: The registration of share capital increases of two subsidiaries

Refer to Letter to SET No. P.39 / 2006 dated November 10, 2006 (Subject: Resolution of Board of Directors' Meeting No.5/2006), please be further informed that Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited has carried out the registration of share capital increases of 2 subsidiaries, Putthachart Estate Company Limited and Phanalee Estate Company Limited, with the Ministry of Commerce on November 22, 2006. Each of the subsidiaries' share capital, therefore, becomes Baht 50 million.
