Re: The Date for exercising warrants (PS-WA) No. 2

Preuksa Real Estate Public Company Limited (PS) would like to inform the details of the exercise of PS-WA as follows:

1. The notification period of the exercise of warrants (PS-WA)

Date : December 14-20, 2006
Time : 08.30 - 15.30 hr.

2. The exercise date is on December 29, 2006.

3. Exercise ratio and Exercise ratio

Exercise ratio : 1 warrant for 1 common share
Exercise price : Baht 1 per share

4. Document to be submitted

4.1 A duly completed and signed exercise notice (The exercise notice will be sent together with payroll statement in November 2006.)
 
4.2 Warrant Certificate
 
 
4.3 Certified true copy of the (valid) identification card
 
 
4.4 Payment of the warrants exercised and tax will be made by salary deduction

6. Other conditions

6.1 The number of the warrants to be exercised shall be at least 100 units or in the multiple of 100 units of newly common shares (except for the last exercise)
 
 
6.2 Warrant certificates last for 4 years (from December 1, 2005 to November 30, 2009)
 
 
6.3 Warrant holders can exercise their warrants semi-annually at no more than 1/8 (one-eighth) of total number of the warrants granted, except for the last exercise. In case of exercise of warrants of less than 1/8 of total warrants granted, the warrant holders can exercise their un-exercised warrants in their next exercises.
